ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however size exchanges on purchases will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you need to modify your order or shipping address, it must be done within 24 hours of confirming your purchase.
In the case you were sent the incorrect item or for items classified as faulty or damaged, notify email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt.
We ship worldwide using Canada Post, UPS and DHL Express.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within upwards of 5 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed. A tracking number will be attached to a separate shipping confirmation email informing you that your order has been prepared to ship. Weekends, holidays and high volume online traffic may delay this process.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to UPS or Canada Post to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
