Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days from the date your order was placed. A tracking number will be attached to your shipping confirmation email informing you that your package has been shipped.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (Canada Post/USPS/DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
